This policy explains what information Borracho's Tacos ("we") collects when you visit borrachostacostogo.com, order online, call us or text us, and how we use it.

What we collect

When you order: your name, phone number and what you ordered. Payment is handled by Clover on its own secure page; we never see or store your card number. When you call or text us: your phone number and the messages you send.

How we use it

Only to run our business with you: to prepare your order, to text you about your order if you ask us to, and to reply when we miss your call. We do not use your information for advertising.

Text messages and your mobile number

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or your text message opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except the service providers that deliver the messages for us (such as our texting provider Twilio) and only so they can deliver them.

Who else handles your information

Clover (payments), Twilio (calls and text messages) and Cloudflare (website hosting) process information for us only to provide those services.

How long we keep it

Online order details are kept for a short time to fill and confirm your order, then deleted automatically.
